Because Filmograph.io uses a passwordless login system, signing in is usually as simple as checking your email. If you are having trouble accessing your account, here is how to resolve the most common issues.

Not Receiving the OTP (One-Time Password)?

• Check your Spam/Junk folder: Ensure the email hasn't been accidentally filtered by your email provider.
• Wait 2 minutes: Delivery can occasionally be delayed by your network provider.
• Request a new code: Click the Resend Code button on the Filmograph.io login screen. OTPs expire after 15 minutes.

Email Not Recognized

If you see an error that your email is not in our system, double-check for typos. If you used a third-party billing provider (like Apple or Roku), ensure you are using the email address tied to that specific account.
